Integrated Solutions

Healthy Living and holistic wellness programs are an essential part of any well-rounded recovery program. The features of healthy living and holistic wellness programs are designed to take into account the whole well-being of an individual, an Essence of Self, as they move forward in their quest for optimal health and wholeness.

Specific program components may include things like non-substance detox, individual and group therapy, peer to peer driven groups, meditation, acupuncture, massage therapy, mindfulness and yoga, 12 step programs, life skill coaching and self-discovery which promote positive attitudes and teach practical methods for coping with stressful situations.

One may also learn about healthy nutrition, the importance of regular physical exercise and other helpful life practices, such as journaling. Helping through the healing process comes from an understanding that you cannot control your loved one’s personal struggles, but you can take responsibility for your own health and happiness.

Meet Our Founder

Nurtured recovery produces amazing gifts…

With my lived experience and helping others who struggle with substance use disorder and other co occurring disorders my recovery story continues –

My story is this, mother of four beautiful children, placed on the street having very little resources and little money to my name, overwhelmed by a sense of shame and pain, and no place to turn.

After numerous attempts to get well and sustain my remission, I found one of my biggest challenges was making the necessary lifestyle changes to improve the quality of my life. With modest financial support and a strong hand of help, I was put through an extended treatment program followed by continuum care while living in a sober environment.

It was evident in my recovery, I had to focus on a structured daily routine and wellness in areas of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health for my overall well being. This gradual process provided me with a deeper sense of purpose and to receive other amazing gifts.

This is my story – my recovery was not about surviving, it’s about thriving.
Drug and alcohol free since July 2009, I have focused my life to put my recovery and family above all else. There is no greater gift than sharing recovery with others and watching the trust build and healing happen.

Wellness starts within each of us. It is a choice to live, make healthy choices and to be the best version of yourself.

Grateful for the Unconditional Love of Others.
