Trinity Healthy Living

Trinity Healthy Living established outpatient addiction rehabilitation clinic that provides comprehensive and individualized treatment to accommodate work and family schedules that guide our patients through a process of recovery, self-care, and discovery. We create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for the patient’s needs and strengths. We look at the whole person for optimal health and wellness in their physical, emotional & mental health and soulful way of living with self-discovery as key factor to a patient’s healing and growth in recovery throughout their continuum of care.

Our outpatient services offer patients means to develop structure and routine, working with our professional team, so they are gradually learning healthier ways to respond to daily situations that might have been at one time or another unmanageable. This process may bring about addressing issues for the first time not under the influence of a chemical. And it is overwhelming. In the integration of living in recovery, and extended care, what we are doing are easing our patients into the necessary lifestyle changes back into the community and with their families and friends. The strength really depends in them working with each other and supporting each other and seeking the essence of who they are at the core of their well-being. Often supports among peers, fellowships, sponsorships, and community partners, along with our clinical team and certified recovery peer specialists, help our patients develop healthy relationships and build a strong network.

Outpatient Services & Holistic Care

Our holistic approach to recovery from addiction by implementing several traditional and non-traditional practices to better connect our patient to the principles of living life in recovery. That is why we incorporate into our programming “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruíz, which is based on ancient Toltec wisdom and embodies some of the most important behavioral and spiritual principles necessary not just for the improved quality of life, but lasting recovery. When patients make these agreements with themselves, they can let go of the things that do not serve them and experience freedom from addiction. Another program incorporated is the 12 Steps for recovery which is very personal and requires honesty and a willingness to be able to look within oneself and discover. During the 12 Step process, our patients look at one’s own moral inventory to help find what is exceedingly difficult to accept, to manage and process with other people. This process requires action steps to change and transform one’s inner pain and suffering into a story of resiliency and self-discovery.
